Trade stands are available with a minimum frontage of 24 feet and a maximum depth of 24 feet. Additional frontage can be purchased at extra cost.

You may bring your own marquee, or a marquee can be hired. Sizes available:

12' x 12'	£90.00
20' x 12'	£120.00
20' x 40'	£220.00
40' x 40'	£400.00
60' x 40'	£555.00

 

Tables and chairs are also available:

6' folding table	£3.50 each
folding chairs	£1.20 each
white plastic chairs	£1.75 each

 

Electricity can be provided if necessary

 

All exhibitors will be entitled to ONE CAR PARK PASS and TWO ADMISSION TICKETS

For every additional 15 feet frontage above the minimum, exhibitors will be entitled to ONE additional CAR PARK pass and TWO addtional ADMISSION TICKETS

Additional tickets are available to purchase at a reduced rate

 

Please note that the sole catering rights have been granted and the Committee regret that the sale of sandwiches, cakes and beverages to the general public is NOT permitted.

The Committee engage the services of security on the Showground on the Friday evening prior to the Show, but not on the Saturday evening (day of the Show). All exhibitors must ensure that they take out the necessary insurance if they are leaving any equipment and goods on the ground unattended.

THE SHOW CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

The Committee will limit the number of exhibitors and/or stalls which sell the same products. The Committee also reserve the right to refuse any application for trade stand space.
